Use of TradeFlo
TradeFlo provides workflow, project, document and payment-support tools for contractors. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for reviewing estimates, change orders, invoices, schedules and other outputs before relying on or sending them.
No professional advice
TradeFlo does not provide legal, accounting, engineering, code-compliance or financial advice. Generated documents and AI-assisted outputs are tools for review by the contractor and do not replace professional judgment.
Customer data
You represent that you have the authority to provide customer, employee, project and jobsite information to TradeFlo and to use TradeFlo to communicate with those parties.
Acceptable use
You may not use TradeFlo to send spam, impersonate another person or business, upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law.
Payments
Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment processors. Their terms may also apply. TradeFlo does not guarantee customer payment or financing outcomes.
Availability and changes
The product may change as features are improved. We may suspend abusive or unsafe use and may modify or discontinue features where necessary.
